These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Deskflow (the "App"), a macOS video wallpaper application developed and operated by Shashwat Tiwari ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Deskflow, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Deskflow. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Deskflow allows you to sign in using Google OAuth or email/password authentication via Supabase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use Deskflow on macOS devices you own or control. You may not:
Deskflow may offer a free trial period for certain features (e.g., audio wallpapers). The trial start time is recorded against your account. Once the trial period expires, continued access to premium features requires a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
Payments are processed via Razorpay (web) or Apple's App Store (in-app purchase), depending on your purchase method. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's refund policy. For direct purchases via Razorpay, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the App fails to function as described. Refund requests can be submitted to tiwarisanskar26@gmail.com. We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these criteria.
All content, code, design, and branding within Deskflow is owned by or licensed to Shashwat Tiwari. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
Deskflow integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms:
Deskflow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shashwat Tiwari shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Deskflow, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Deskflow at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in Section 5.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
